Product images, specifications and application notes on this site are provided for procurement evaluation and are transcribed from factory datasheets. We keep them as accurate as possible but cannot exclude entry or revision differences. Confirmed datasheets and contracts prevail before ordering.
2. Quotations and Orders
The website does not support online ordering. Quotations follow the formal quotation document covering model, quantity, unit price, trade terms, lead time and warranty. Orders follow the mutually confirmed contract or proforma invoice.
3. Customisation and OEM/ODM
Custom projects involving appearance, logo, packaging, firmware or certification proceed against approved samples. Mass production starts after sample approval and matches the approved sample.
4. Lead Time and Shipping
Lead time starts from deposit receipt or order confirmation and may adjust with material and capacity conditions. Shipping risk follows the agreed trade terms (FOB, CIF and similar); cargo insurance is available on request.
5. Warranty and After-Sales
Warranty follows the product and contract, typically 1–2 years, covering spare parts and technical support. Damage from misuse, unauthorised modification or out-of-scope operation is excluded.
6. Intellectual Property
Copyright of site content and product images belongs to this site and the respective rights holders and may not be used commercially without permission. Customer brand and design materials remain the customer’s property and are used only to complete orders.
7. Dispute Resolution
Disputes arising from these terms should first be resolved through friendly negotiation; otherwise they follow the arbitration or jurisdiction clause in the contract.
Where this page conflicts with a signed contract, the signed contract prevails.
