01-01 Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
We are a wireless network equipment manufacturer with in-house R&D and production lines, covering adapters, APs, bridges, routers, AC gateways and PoE switches. Factory-direct purchasing is supported.
01-02 Do you support OEM / ODM?
Yes. Enclosure color, logo, packaging, firmware interface and language, frequency and channel plan can be customized. Projects are evaluated case by case with samples before mass production.
01-03 How do I get an accurate quote?
Send the model list, quantity, coverage scenario and target market. Our team replies with a quotation within 24h; bulk orders are quoted by quantity tier.
01-04 What is the minimum order quantity?
Standard models accept small trial orders; customized items depend on the process (enclosure, logo, packaging, firmware). Share your quantity and we will evaluate it.
01-05 Can I get samples first?
Yes. Paid samples are available for standard models and are deducted from bulk orders. Shipping method and lead time are confirmed by destination.
Products & Compatibility
02-01 Which AP should I choose for a hotel?
In-wall APs for guest rooms and ceiling APs for corridors, lobbies and restaurants; a PoE switch plus AC gateway manages all APs centrally. Tell us the room count and we will size the package.
02-02 What is the difference between Wi-Fi 5, Wi-Fi 6 and Wi-Fi 7 models?
Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac) covers normal office and hotel traffic; Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) handles high client density and is the current mainstream choice; Wi-Fi 7 (802.11be) suits future-proof high-throughput projects.
02-03 Can APs be managed centrally?
Yes. Our APs work with AC gateways for centralized management, and can also run in gateway, AP, repeater and MESH modes depending on the model.
02-04 Do outdoor APs support PoE?
Most outdoor models support 48V standard PoE or 24V passive PoE, and some support DC input. Check the power supply row on each product page before ordering.
02-05 Are product images and specifications complete?
Product pages show real product photos and the specifications transcribed from factory datasheets. Items not disclosed are marked clearly and can be confirmed on request.
Installation & Coverage
03-01 How many APs do I need?
As a rule of thumb, one ceiling AP covers 60–120㎡ of open indoor space with normal client density; walls, floors and interference reduce this. Send a floor plan for a detailed layout.
03-02 What cable distance is supported over PoE?
Standard PoE over Cat5e/Cat6 supports up to 100m per run; use a bridge CPE when the distance exceeds that or cabling is impossible.
03-03 Can I reuse existing cabling?
Yes. If the site has Cat5e or better cabling to the ceiling or wall positions, APs can reuse it; otherwise repeaters, MESH or bridge links avoid new cabling.
03-04 Do you provide configuration guidance?
Yes. We supply a configuration note with each project order covering SSID plan, channel plan, power settings and roaming parameters, plus remote guidance if needed.
Delivery & After-Sales
04-01 What is the lead time?
Standard items typically ship in 7–20 days; customized items take 20–35 days depending on process and quantity. Shipping is arranged according to FOB/CIF terms.
04-02 What about warranty?
Standard warranty is 1–2 years depending on product and contract, with spare parts support, remote technical guidance and a troubleshooting manual.
04-03 Do you support overseas projects with documents?
Yes. We provide packing lists, test reports, certificate copies and firmware version records for customs clearance and project acceptance.
