02 Why "no placeholders" matters
Network equipment is bought on parameters: bands, standard, throughput, client capacity, PoE, ingress rating. A TBD or blank cell reads as unprofessional — or worse, refurbished stock. Our database is entered line by line from factory documents; where a vendor does not publish a value we say so explicitly instead of guessing.
Questions
Q1 Is there a price list?
The same model prices differently by volume and market, so a blanket list would mislead. Send your BOM and we quote against it.
Q2 Do you provide CAD or mounting drawings?
Most models have mounting and cut-out dimensions available on request; 3D structural files depend on what the vendor releases.
